Honesty and transparency - Affiliates are concerned that merchants are changing rules on a whim and merchants are concerned about affiliate fraud and damage to their brand. We believe that it is the affiliate network's responsibility to enforce honesty and provide the infrastructure for complete transparency.

Better tracking of sales - It is scandalous that some networks have not improved their tracking to take into account spyware, cookie cleaning software and the tracking errors which can occur.

If an affiliate sends a visitor who becomes a customer, it is our aim that the affiliate always gets the credit. At the same time, brand bidding is potentially 'stealing' sales from merchants. Our strict policies, bespoke software and quick enforcement will continually be improved to ensure affiliates follow the rules.

Quality not quantity - We don't want to be successful because we sign up 10,000 merchants and charge them a huge setup fee and monthly retainer. We want to be successful because we create results for merchants and affiliates. Our business model, is based around quality and everything we do backs up our vision.

That means affiliates who break the rules, or produce poor quality brand damaging marketing will be asked to leave. We are equally demanding of merchants. If you are a merchant you are expected to update your site, improve your marketing material and respond in a timely fashion to your affiliates.

Set merchant standards - We know that affiliates are always told about new merchant offerings but how many networks check if the site actually converts? None. If we make an announcement about a new high converting merchant, we want you to believe us.

Before we accept a merchant, they will need to follow some basic site requirements. We then assess the likelihood of the site converting, with our merchant guidelines.

We then ask ourselves, do we have the affiliates to be able to quickly generate sales for this merchant? Does the customer know what is being sold? Does the customer know what we want them to do? Are there clear call to actions? Quality not quantity.

Effective communication - MoreNiche™ will provide a structure for effective communication between the affiliate, merchant and network. We aim to provide all parties with 24 hour telephone, forum and ticketing system support.

After all affiliate marketing is not a 9-5 job, and affiliates and merchants cover many time zones. Want to know about your payment? Call us. Want to report a brand bidding affiliate? Call us.
